SPHERE
SPHERE
Sculptural works in transparent plexiglass designed to engage with light and space. Each Sphere is a unique piece that responds to natural light, transforming its surroundings throughout the day and making light an integral part of the work.
Dialogue with light
The Spheres are transparent forms enclosing a chromatic universe in constant transformation. Abstract hemispheres conceived to interact with natural light and the space that receives them, generating reflections, glimmers, and shadows that shift over the course of the day. They are created in relation to the space in which they will be placed, taking into account light and the living context.
Movement and transformation
Their fascination does not lie in artificial illumination, but in their ability to capture, refract, and return external light. Positioned near a window, the Spheres respond to the movement of the sun: in the morning they cast delicate reflections on the walls; during the day they release more intense colors; in the evening they reveal deep, evocative shadows. Each moment produces a different effect, making the work alive and in constant dialogue with the space it inhabits.
Project and uniqueness
This project stems from the desire to make the energy of light visible and transform it into a sensory experience. The Spheres are not mere decorative objects, but presences capable of altering the perception of space, introducing a poetic dimension shaped by movement, color, and quiet contemplation. Each Sphere is entirely handcrafted and exists as a unique piece, either already placed or conceived for specific spaces. Dimensions range from more contained forms to large domes of strong visual impact. A work may be commissioned by selecting a specific color palette or by entrusting the artist’s creative intuition, allowing the piece to take shape in a spontaneous and unrepeatable way.
