For certain artworks, particularly large-scale or highly delicate pieces, customized shipping solutions may be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.

Shipping is free for all orders, including international destinations (worldwide).

All artworks are shipped using insured and trackable delivery services.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

• type of artwork;

• chosen transportation method.

For commissioned artworks, shipment will take place only after completion of the work, in accordance with the agreement reached with the client.

In the event of damage identified upon delivery, the customer must report it promptly, in accordance with the Refund Policy, in order to allow appropriate verification procedures.
