Refund policy
Each artwork created by Kariné originates from a unique artistic process, often developed in direct dialogue with the client and, in many cases, commissioned or personalized.
Commissioned or Customized Works
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to works created on commission or clearly personalized according to the customer’s specific requests.
Such works cannot be returned or refunded once their creation has begun or has been completed.
Existing (Non-Customized) Works
For existing, non-customized artworks, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery by providing written notice via email.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to artworks returned:

in their original condition;
-
unused;
-
not installed or displayed;
-
properly packaged;
-
in the same condition in which they were received.
Return shipping costs and the risk of transport for the return shipment are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed only after verification of the artwork’s condition upon receipt.
Damaged Works During Transport
If damage is identified at the time of delivery, the customer must:

report the damage promptly to the courier;

notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographic documentation.
All artworks are shipped with insured delivery.
Any damage caused during transport will be handled in accordance with the shipping provider’s procedures, subject to verification of the documentation provided.
Refund Processing
Once the returned artwork has been inspected and approved, or once any transport-related damage claim has been resolved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a reasonable period of time.
