Sphere - 64 Jazz

Sphere/64 is a sculptural work created in methacrylate using the patented Light to Light material. With a diameter of 60 cm, it represents a pivotal moment in the artist’s research. For the first time, the internal structure is composed of cut fragments and irregular curved forms, arranged in a fluid three-dimensional composition. This architecture generates an internal movement that constantly shifts in relation to both natural and artificial light.

The interaction between transparency, solid surfaces, and fluorescent colors produces ever-changing optical effects, making each moment of observation different from the previous one. Created in 2019, Sphere/64 is a unique piece, conceived to engage with the space and the light that move through it.
